Linear Type Ceiling
Linear ceilings also have a counterpart to baffle ceilings, although both refer to the same type of ceiling, the difference is only in the name. It is also a popular type of suspended ceiling, which is mainly used in large spaces. It is a suspended ceiling of metal panels of various sizes that are mounted horizontally. The design of linear panels of various sizes allows for easy air circulation in the ceiling, and allows for the concealment of existing communications, such as: electrical wiring, drainage, fire protection and ventilation systems.
Linear ceiling profiles are made using galvanized metal or aluminum. In both cases, the visual appearance is identical, the only difference is in the weight and corrosion resistance.
The thickness range of the profile material is: from 0.40 mm to 1.00 mm.
The standard dimensions of the linear ceiling profile are:
- 20×105 mm
- 30×100 mm
- 40×95 mm
- 50×90 mm
Colors and sizes
It is also possible to produce a profile of a special size according to the customer’s request.
- The profile width range is: from 20mm to 180mm.
- The profile height range is: from 30mm to 300mm.
- The distance between the profiles ranges from 10 mm to 200 mm.
The standard colors of the linear ceiling profile are:
- 5 different wood imitation structures
- Any color from the RAL catalog
The range of hanging distance of the linear ceiling profile is: from 10 cm to 100 cm.
The linear profile can be used and installed on either the ceiling or the wall or both. It also allows for use in outdoor conditions.
