Open Cell Ceiling Grilyato – Square shape
This is one of the newest types of metal suspended ceilings, which is very attractive, effective and practical. It resembles a lattice structure, which allows you not only to hide the communications in the ceiling, such as electrical wiring, drainage, fire protection and ventilation systems, but also to have easy access to them at any time, in any section, and in terms of service.
The popularity of open-cell ceiling grilyato is due to the following reasons:
- Easy installation and maintenance. This is especially true for large spaces.
- High performance characteristics - resistance to negative environmental influences allows Griliato to be used in outdoor conditions.
- Fire resistance class A1 - non-combustible.
- The open-cell construction, on the one hand, conceals the ceiling space, and on the other hand, provides free access to all engineering communications. In addition, this design does not interfere with fire protection systems and contributes to the rapid outflow of smoke in the event of a fire.
- Grilyato looks monolithic in the interior. And due to the light weight of the constituent elements, sagging/deformation of the ceiling is excluded.
- Grilyato provides a wide range of creativity and design. A variety of cell sizes and more than 500 colors according to the RAL catalog allow you to create individual solutions for any building.
Colors and sizes
The standard base colors of the Grilyato we produce are: black RAL 9005 and white RAL 9016. The use of other colors requires additional time and cost.

Griliato profile settings:
The machines and equipment available in our factory allow us to produce 3 different widths of Griliato profiles, namely: 10mm; 15mm and 20mm. This unique system (which does not exist on the Georgian market) allows the customer to save money on the purchase of materials. The use of a wide profile reduces the internal space of the cell, and the customer is given the opportunity to save on the overall cost of materials by choosing a relatively large cell.
In addition, the existing opportunity allows the simultaneous use of profiles of different widths to meet diverse design needs.
- The Griliato construction produced by us consists of 5 different types of profiles. It is worth noting that our production machinery allows for the local production of 5 types of profiles (which also distinguishes us from competing companies), these are:
